The postponement of the Grand Prix of Japan just like a blessing in disguise for the Fiat Yamaha rider, Jorge Lorenzo. Because it makes him have a few more days recuperation from right hand injury, before the second round in the Gran Premio bwin de España at Jerez.
Just like Jorge Lorenzo told motogp.com :
Thanks to the sudden change in the date of Motegi I have had more time to train. This week I’ve been to the gym, have worked with the physiotherapist, and on Tuesday and Thursday I had two days of motocross and dirt track. This has helped me to see that I now have hardly any discomfort in my right hand when riding. I’m very confident because I’ll arrive at Jerez at almost 100%.
Jorge Lorenzo make a big impression for a rider that carrying an injury with finished at third place in the MotoGP opening race in Qatar, and he is aiming for a first 2010 campaign victory at Jerez, Spain. He also said,
Jerez is a magical track for me, and I think it is for all the Spanish riders because it’s a circuit where the public really do feel very close to you. It has always been quite good to me. I’ve had many pole positions and have won there on two occasions in 250cc, so I hope to be able to fight for the victory in MotoGP.
So we will wait and see, what a surprised can be make by Fiat Yamaha rider, Jorge Lorenzo in the Gran Premio bwin de España at Jerez?
