Melandri Extremely Happy With Le Mans Improvement
Marco Melandri was delighted along with his performance at Le Mans on Sunday because he finished in sixth position, and also the improvement came following the Italian and his awesome San Carlo Honda Gresini team thought we would switch the suspension on his RC212V returning to Showa for that third round race.
The 27 year-old were being using Ohlins suspension on his bike previous to Le Mans, but decided to switch returning to Showa in an attempt to improve his feeling along at the circuit. The advance appeared to repay in the French track, and Melandri explained how he hopes to be able to locate a full solution with Ohlins for the remainder of the growing season.

Rossi Set The Best Time First Practice Session at Le Mans
Valentino Rossi felt the benefit of some work on his M1 bike while he set the top time from the first practice session at the Monster Energy Grand Prix de France on Friday afternoon.
The Italian and the Fiat Yamaha crew made some significant improvements for the settings of his machine through the Jerez Test almost 3 weeks ago, plus the effects were evident at Le Mans where his time of 1’34.402 placed him presents itself the timesheet inside opening session of the third round.

Lorenzo said,
“Last year I won in Le Mans in an amazing and crazy race,” he said. “I hope the fans aren’t waiting for a repeat this weekend! Of course the weather is always a risk in Le Mans, but I hope for sun. I’ve been on the podium twice there, last season and when I won my second 250cc title, so I am looking forward to trying again. I’ve had almost three weeks since Jerez and I know that I am ready for this second European race.”
He also said:
“Despite our victory in Jerez and taking the lead in the world standings I continue to think that I am not the favourite because the season is very long and it has only just started! I am very proud however because Jerez was my first victory at home in MotoGP.”
Ducati Try to Defend Casey Stoner
Ducati bosses say they may leave nothing unturned to make certain Casey Stoner is not tempted by way of rival offer to give up Ducaty factory towards the end from the 2010 MotoGP world championship.

Jorge Lorenzo: Number One at Jerez
A great race showed by Jorge Lorenzo at the Gran Premio bwin de España with defeating his compatriot Dani Pedrosa on 2nd place and Rossi on 3rd.
Being the the first on the race, Jerez makes Jorge Lorenzo on the top of the World Championship standings and followed his team mate in Fiat Yamaha Valentino Rossi in 2nd place that placed in third podium.
A great start on the race disclosed Pedrosa lead into turn 1, with Valentino Rossi that rising from 4th to follow Dani and also Nicky Hayden as the riders who battle for early positions.
